Our CEO/President

Co-founder and President Denise Nicholson holds TXDPS-PSB licenses as a commissioned security officer, alarm salesperson, alarm installer, security salesperson, private investigator and alarm systems installer. Denise is a certified instructor through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE).

Denise Nicholson’s contributions to the security industry have resulted in several prestigious awards including most recently in 2012, the Associated Security Services and Investigators of Texas (ASSIST) Presidential Award. Texas Congressman Chet Edwards presented Denise with the Outstanding Entrepreneur and the Outstanding Customer Service awards. She is an active member of various industry groups such as the Associated Security Services and Investigation Services of Texas, Texas Burglar and Fire Alarm Association, the Texas Crime Prevention Association, and ASIS International. Denise is actively involved in her community and shares her expertise in security, safety and crime prevention with local communities, organizations, and small businesses.

Our Vice President

Co-founder and Vice President Jason Kuykendall is a certified police officer through the TCLOE. Jason holds TXDPS-PSB licenses as a commissioned security officer, alarm installer, instructor, private investigator and alarm systems monitor.

Jason Kuykendall has more than 20 years of experience in law enforcement. He graduated from McLennan Community College Law Enforcement Academy in 1996 and has since worked as a reserve police officer in the city of Marlin and serves as a Lorena volunteer firefighter. Kuykendall heads up the Pro Security Group Training Academy. He also provides training to other businesses and law enforcement agencies that require training. He is an active member of the Texas Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and the NRA.
