Pro Security Group Inc Lic #C11055 is currently hiring for Non-Commission (Unarmed) officers, across Texas.
Applicants must be:
• Over 20 years old
• Able to stand and walk for 8 to 12 hours
• Able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
• Excellent Communication Skills- Written and verbal
• Flexible when it comes to schedule
• Must have a Cellphone
• Must have good hygiene & neat appearance
• Pass background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• No experience necessary for non-commission will train
• Active pocket card issued by DPS Private Security Bureau is a plus, but not mandatory
Job Description & Requirements:
Security officers are responsible for the safety and security of the property they protect. Our security officers act as a visible deterrent to crime while enforcing the client’s rule; they detect and report suspicious unsafe activity and criminal acts at or near their assigned post.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling the property to provide a security presence.
• Identifying suspicious activity and threats to property or people.
• Watching for criminal activity and responding based on your training and procedures.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Complete daily activity reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintain the organization’s stability and reputation by being courteous and respectful at all times.
• Applicants must have a clean background check.
• The pay for this position ranges from $11 to $15 depending upon experience and license type.
