All potential security officers undergo a thorough screening process, including:

• Interviews to determine dedication to the job
• Extensive background checks
• Drug screening
• Reference checks

A few qualifications potential employees must meet include:

• At least 18 years old
• Clean criminal record
• No dishonorable discharge
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Employment and character references
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
