  • What kind of training do the security officers at Pro Security Group receive?

    Our security officers are trained in OSHA safety, workplace violence, customer service, evidence preservation, written and verbal communication, patrol techniques, alarm systems, hazardous material response, ethical behavior, search and seizure, first responder training, access and key control, and handgun proficiency. All Pro Security officers also receive continuous training throughout their employment.

  • What is Pro Security Group’s screening process for hiring security officers?

    Since maintaining the best security personnel is our focus, potential employees are thoroughly screened before being hired. Potential employees must pass a thorough background check performed by an industry-leading third party, comprehensive drug testing, two-part interview with an area manager and the district supervisor as well as attend a new security officer orientation. Potential employees must also provide employment and character references.

  • Does Pro Security Group carry insurance to protect my company from liability?

    We protect our clients by carrying $1 million in general liability insurance. Should a legal situation arise from the conduct of a Pro Security Group security officer, our clients are not held responsible.   • What security services does Pro Security Group provide?

  • What licenses does Pro Security Group hold?

    We are licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety to provide security under state license #C11055. As a holder of a Class C private security license, we are certified as a private investigation and security contractor company. We are further certified to operate as a guard, alarm, courier, armored car and investigation company.   • How quickly can you respond to a security problem?

    In case an emergency occurs while patrolling, Pro Security Group can dispatch extra security officers within 5 to 7 minutes of the incident.

  • How soon can Pro Security Group send security officers to my organization?

    For a new client needing permanent security, Pro Security Group can dispatch standing officers within 24 to 48 hours. For a new client needing one-time security, we can dispatch standing officers within 1 to 2 hours.

  • Does Pro Security Group provide their security officers with uniforms?

    Yes, we provide our security officers with uniforms for visible crime prevention. We can customize our security officers’ uniforms to your organization’s needs.

  • Can Pro Security Group provide armed officers?

    Not all of our officers are trained in or carry handguns, some do. Pro Security Group security officers carry handgun licenses and are trained in handgun proficiency.
