Our security officers are trained in patrol techniques, alarm systems, professionalism, workplace violence, customer service, evidence preservation, written and verbal communication, hazardous material response, ethical behavior, search and seizure, first responder training, access control and conflict resolution. All Pro Security Group guards also receive continuous training throughout their employment.
2. What is Pro Security Group’s screening process for hiring security officers?
Since maintaining the best security personnel is our focus, potential employees are thoroughly screened before being hired. All potential officers must pass through an interview to determine the proper mindset for the job, extensive background checks, drug screening and reference checks. Our goal is to find the officer that is just right for each client.
3. Does Pro Security Group carry insurance to protect my company from liability?
We protect our clients by carrying $1 million in general liability insurance. Should a legal situation arise from the conduct of a Pro Security Group security officer, our clients are not held responsible. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety to provide security under state license #C11055. As a holder of a Class C private security license, we are certified as a private investigation and security contractor company. 7. How quick is the response time for patrol officers in the event of a security emergency?
In case an emergency occurs while patrolling, the patrol officer can respond in minutes and dispatch extra security guards within 5 to 7 minutes of the incident.
8. How soon can Pro Security Group send security officers to my organization?
For a new client needing permanent security, Pro Security Group can dispatch standing guards within 24 to 48 hours. For a new client needing one-time security, we can dispatch standing guards within 1 to 2 hours.
9. Do Pro Security Group security officers wear uniforms?
Yes, our security officers are required to wear uniforms for visible crime prevention. We can customize our security officers’ uniforms to your organization’s needs.
10. Can Pro Security Group provide armed guards?
We can provide both armed and unarmed guards for your specific security needs. All Pro Security Group security officers are trained and licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau.
