Security Officer Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• United States citizen
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Clean criminal record
• Safe driving record
• No dishonorable discharge
• Good moral character
• Professional appearance
• Positive and confident attitude
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Physically able to perform assigned duties
• Mentally and emotionally stable
• Reliable and dependable
• Practice alertness, good judgment and self-control
• Successfully resolve problems and issues
• Place high priority on safety and security
• Abstain from substance abuse
• Abstain from excessive gambling
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Own a telephone or cell phone
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to work on short notice, holidays and weekends
• Understand and perform verbal/written instructions
