• Pro Security Group opens for business
2003
• Pro Security Group is incorporated
• Hires first full-time security officers
• Receives certification as a Texas Historically Underutilized Business
• Starts first government contract with the City of Waco
• Begins using patrol cars in addition to standing officers
2004
• Starts first state contract with Texas Department of Transportation
• Receives Outstanding Customer Service award from Texas Congressman Chet Edwards
• Obtains license for private investigation and alarm services
2005
• Completes Basic Crime Prevention certification
• Opens uniform store, Security Outfitters
2006
• Opens Pro Security Training Academy
• Expands security services to reach to Temple, Texas
• Starts contract with Alcoa and Waco ISD
